Hello, hoping a member of VM staff can assist me on here.
My virgin email address is a legacy @blueyonder.co.uk one, which I still use as my primary email. I am locked out of my email all together including on my phone and desktop. This leads me to believe that my Virgin email has been compromised.
It is imperative that my access to this email is restored asap. I’m not too keen on giving much info away on an open forum, so am hoping I can get a DM regarding this.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with your email address and thank you again for posting. If a PM is needed we will get one sent across but we do just need to grab a little bit more background first. To confirm is this email attached to a current and active Broadband account with us?

Hi Ashleigh, yes that’s correct my broadband is currently supplied by Virgin.
