Issues Logging on to virgin media community.
Whilst I have successfully logged on just now from my laptop, earlier on tonight I, and my wife, both tried to logon to the community and were told we were not authorised to do so. Has anyone else had issues being denied access to the community today?Solved116Views0likes9CommentsAccount Compromised
Hello, hoping a member of VM staff can assist me on here. My virgin email address is a legacy @blueyonder.co.uk one, which I still use as my primary email. I am locked out of my email all together including on my phone and desktop. This leads me to believe that my Virgin email has been compromised. It is imperative that my access to this email is restored asap. One of the search engines I regularly use for work is, today, blocked. I am in charge of the router and associated account. None of the settings there have been altered. I can only conclude that virginmedia itself is responsible. The search engine is DuckDuckGo, which largely relies on Bing (which itself is not blocked, confusingly).
