moving hub

My Hub is connected on a separate cable in another room to my TV box. As I want to move the Hub to the same room as my TV can it be connected to the cable box which supplies the TV box and is this a job I can do myself.

No, this is a job which VM should do at a cost of £25. The cable which supplies the TV box will have a splitter fitted to enable both the box and hub to get connected.

I was thinking that a Quickstart kit splitter could be supplied so I could fit it onto the box which supplies the TV

Is there not already a splitter to feed the the Hub and TV? If so you could just move that to the new location.

If new coax is required then yes you will need to call in a technician.

The 2 splitters are outside .

I have tried ringing 150 but cant speak to any one

I want to know that as there are 2 splitters , a 4 way one and a 2 way one both getting soaking wet, can another one be fitted inside so I can connect both my hub and V6 onto the same wall box

That sounds excessive. You need a technician to sort out the whole installation.

The 4 way is to put mine and other flats onto the same cable.

All the wiring outside is old Cable London stuff and it all needs ripping out and starting again but as ,surprisingly, its still working !!
