Hi. I want to have my router moved from the boxroom to the living room downstairs.
I have read that this can be done by an engineer at a cost of £25.
Can I ask for help i getting this done.

Yes, you are correct on the £25 non fault call out fee.
If you just wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss with you directly.
