broadband issue at NP44 7DX

when will the broadband issue identified as far back as 23 September at NP44 7DX be fixed?  It would be nice to get feedback

What is being reported on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

If there's nothing showing but you have issues with your service please let us know! There may be a fault we need to investigate and offer further support with.

Very interesting, I did eventually manage to get information about the local problem, which is a noise fault, but does not fall into the category that gives customer updates.  I have to keep an eye on the Service staus in my virgin media account which updates with the forecast of when the problem may be fixed.

I've looked into the local area, and there doesn't appear to be an area outages currently showing.

Hi David, My broadband has issues when signing in to sites it stalls and takes a long time to connect, and at times sites disengage, and sometimes I get a message that I have no internet connection, these instances only last for a few moments but makes things very frustrating.  Typing on an online site, like a search engine, can be interesting, I can type a whole sentence, then watch and wait until it appears. This even happens on the PC connected directly to the hub.

At the moment the status in my Virgin account is.

"There's a broadband issue in NP44 7DX

Last updated today, 9:12am.

Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can.

The same message with different fix dates and times since 23rd September.  I have been told that there is noise on the line.  I hope this information is helpful and that the issue gets fixed
