Virgin told me there was previously Virgin Broadband set up at my property (I just moved in), so they sent me a kit to set it up myself. The kit has arrived, but I realized I don’t have the correct connection (no coax cable—I only have an Openreach box). I need to book an engineer to come and install it, but I can’t find any way to do this on the site.
I found links to manage an appointment with an engineer, but when I click on it, it just says I don’t have an appointment.
I also can’t access the Virgin homepage; when I try, I’m redirected to a page showing the tracking info for my kit.
Please help.

The best method mis to call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them for a manned install.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
