I had rescheduled my delivery since yodel didn’t offer any information of what time they were going to deliver so I had changed my date. When I went on to check this today they said they had “misplaced” my order. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you resolve this?

I ordered a self install kit, was offered 26th Jan delivery which was no good as I was away. So I opted for 29th Jan with Yodel instead. All looked ok. But then not delivered. Yodel are telling me it's not been scanned for a few days and they don't know where it is.
Can I get a replacement sent out please?
It's impossible to speak to someone about this or sort through the app.
