Lost return equipment whilst with Yodel
Hi VM,
I recently cancelled my VM broadband contract. I returned my equipment in the returns box via Yodel, which has now been stuck at their national hub for the last 4 days according to the tracking information.
I have contacted Yodel who are now in the process of trying to find out what has happened to the package.
VM are sending me texts saying I will be charged for the equipment if it is not returned.
Could someone from VM please PM me, as I feel that this issue is now between VM and Yodel.
