Lost return equipment whilst with Yodel

Hi VM,

I recently cancelled my VM broadband contract. I returned my equipment in the returns box via Yodel, which has now been  stuck at their national hub for the last 4 days according to the tracking information. 

I have contacted Yodel who are now in the process of trying to find out what has happened to the package.

VM are sending me texts saying I will be charged for the equipment if it is not returned.

Could someone from VM please PM me, as I feel that this issue is now between VM and Yodel.

    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the missing return and text messages from us.
    I'd like to investigate this for you as we can contact our collections team and make sure everything is resolved.
