WiFi pods not received

I ordered a WiFi pod recently and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, no tracking or anything provided. I'm sure if this was the other way round virgin would try to charge me for late delivery, there seemed to be no way to ask an actual person on chat at the weekend anymore so looking for an update please.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear you have not yet had your Wi-Fi Max pod delivered to you. We have been notified from the warehouse that any backlogged deliveries are now in motion and any tracking numbers have been sent to customers in waiting. 

Please let us know if you have received notification of tracking information.

They have arrived now, it's a shame they actually make the Wi-Fi slower across most of the house, I suspect that's because they sent Wi-Fi 5 pod to go with a Wi-Fi 6 router? It'll most likely be unplugged as a result which is a shame, I'll look for an alternative as the virgin hardware isn't really appropriate for the speeds supplied.
