Hello,
I have a confirmation email regarding the 18 month contract I signed up for 2 weeks ago. It reads: "Thanks for choosing Virgin Media, here’s a summary of your order. Your QuickStart self-install pack is on its way and your services will be up and running soon", but it's been 7 days past the expected date or arrival. I have no way of contact Virgin Media directly by phone or internet, and no way to check if the router is in route or hasn't been sent.
I work from home and study, and I've had to already spend 40 pounds on internet vouchers/top-ups on my phone.
I would really appreciate a response because this entire process feels absurd. I mean, not a single way to contact anyone directly? Should I continue burning money indefinitely as I wait for a service that hasn't arrived and I have no way to check on it?
Regards,
Noz

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue as this person was in March of 23'.
I have the same confirmation email "Thanks for choosing Virgin Media, here’s a summary of your order. I have no way of contact Virgin Media directly by phone or internet, and no way to check if the router is in route or hasn't been sent.
