When will pre installation happen? Date always today's date?
Hi.
I ordered on Monday with an internal installation appointment for 16th September 1 till 6pm.
My property has never had nexfibre / virgin before so understand I need a pre installation for the external work.
My question is, when will this happen? The date for the preinstall always shows the current date. I ordered on the second, not the sixth. Just worried my order may be stuck or something.
- This is the way they work. They will do it when they get round to it and you will just get the usual run-around until then. Don't cancel your existing service until this one is installed and actually working.
