I want to move my superhub from the front corner of my living room to the basement instead, has anyone done anything similar? Trying to use the cable to do this but it's not long enough

Standard charge of £25 for a non fault call out fee. Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you directly.

1) Don't use anything except VMs provided cable (that includes the "equivalent" stuff on eBay, which is not approved). DIY cabling is responsible for a lot of network issues, which could end up affecting everyone on the street, so don't mess with it.

2) Changing the cable length affects your signal level, which in turn affects service performance. Adjustments can only be made by opening the street cabinet.

Book a non fault callout & the £25 covers all the cabling & adjustments required.
