I have been trying to arrange for a spotter to arrive at my address since early 2023 but constantly been ignored and fobbed off going through a series of different phone handlers, please can I talk to a human
Virgin media is down the whole street except three houses and a house meters away from me has full fibre and trying to get virgin installed at my address. I had been a customer for over 6 years after being forced to change supplier or have no internet at all. I am now back on useless copper, please help as I am despreate to get fibre at my address so I can move out of the dark ages, thank you for any help
