We are facing issues with Virgin media since morning where only some devices can connect to the internet and others have no working connection despite connected to internet.
For the devices working, it says internet speed is super fast but others have no joy. I tried restarting my router but nothing happened.
Can someone help?

Post a list of devices that connect to the internet and which do not.
For each device, say if it uses an ethernet connection or Wi-Fi.
