Virgin Media service not available at the property but next door neighbours have it

Hi,

Virgin Media postcode checker shows that their service is not available at the address however the next door neighbour and a many others on the road are able to get the service.

Can someone from Virgin Media please help me to check if I can get Virgin Media at this address please?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. @VM-jon..... I have the same issue - are you able to help me......

The story is..... virgin have run fibre down my road (the road was dug over a year ago (past my house)), houses 5 doors down can order fibre, yet my address says I can not. I called virgin, but they just did a system check and said no. Any other avenues I can try?
