I booked an Engineer Appointment for Tuesday 29th November 2023 between 1pm - 6pm
I had confirmation texts from Virgin themselves confirming of the engineer’s arrival this morning but I have yet to have received a call from the Engineer to confirm the exact time slot, it’s now 16:50 and I’ve not had a call or text from the Engineer. I checked the My Virgin Media app, but nothing showing there as any booked appointments, even though I’ve received texts confirming? I need the VM Home socket installed as the home I’m in doesn’t have one, otherwise id have done it myself with the self install kit - does anyone know what the process actually is with Engineer visits and how it works with timings and if they could turn up at 6 at the latest? Thanks in advance
