I'm looking to get Virgin Media broadband but the website and sales person on the phone insist it is not available at my flat, however the flat directly opposite to mine on the same floor has it, so it's clearly already in the building. Is anyone able to help check out the reasoning behind this please?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. We have the same issue - the two flats directly below us have Virgin broadband but it says its not available for our flat. Please can you also look into this for us?
