I'd be interested to see the outcome of this as i've been in the same situ since moving into my new house 8 months ago but alas have had no luck at all, my neighbour 3 metres away can get VM broadband but i cant, the rest of the street can too. Likewise, there's also a short "private drive" to get to my neighbour & me, permissions are not an issue either. If it is Wayleave, mention what you've said to the sales people. They'll send out the relevant email forms 🙂

Thanks John. I'll wait for the systems to update VM end first as it's still showing as non-serviceable for my house at present which the sales people check & cant go any further on (according to the one who contacted me).

Apologies for the very late reply. This did get sorted in the end, took several months of re-scheduled appointments - from initial survey to installation - & 3 wayleave forms (cabling goes across land owned by an immediate neighbour), but eventually got there. Virgin staff in the community forum def helped to assist / push it along so am thankful to those involved. I've now had Voom Gig1 for several months. Alas my home address still shows as not being able to receive any Virgin services via their web site availability checker, but i do & it is up & running.
