I had the 1 gig servie installed on the 8th Jan 2023 and no issues until today. I was up at 5.30am and switched my mobile on and no connection. White solid light on the hub. So i restarted my phone, still no connection. Tried all the computers in the home. No connecction.
So, I tried a reboot via the http://192.168.0.1/ and since then the white solid light is now a blue flashing light for the last 3 hours. I unplugged the ethernets and did the 60s pinhole reset, factory reset and still a flashing light.
I just keep getting the above. I have an engineer coming out tomorrow. Is there something i'm missing?

Reboot the hub is all they do.
look at getting your own router with 1Gb ports or better and double NAT till modem mode happens for the hub

I just checked on the hub and its now connected and working. Do i cancel the engineer as I don't want to waste his/her time?

Depends how much you want to spend or home or advanced router along with speed to the device.
