VM wires and box

I live in a freehold property and the VM wire box on the external of the building is damaged and the wires are exposed. I don't personally have VM in my flat but will someone from VM come out and repair the box housing the exposed wires?

    Welcome to our community forums and thank you for flagging this to us. We want to do our best to resolve this. Do you have a picture of the wire box by any chance? Are you comfortable giving us the closest address to the box so we can locate this?

      Above is the box. 

      I would advise of the address in a private communications but not on a forum.
