This is a major pain in the butt. Both the connect app and the router via Chrome say the same thing. Even using MS Edge says the same thing.
Someone else is currently logged into the settings page. Only one session at a time is allowed. Please try again later.
There is nobody else logged in. There is a bug here, or a cookie issue here, clearing caches and data doesn't help either.

That is the reason it is best to ditch the app and use the Hub GUI in a browser.
