Hi, had Virgin media come out to put the little brown box on the wall and fibre brought up to the house but neighbours car was over the man hole. I have been told that they would come to install for the past 6 days when I’ve spoke to Virgin via phone & live chat.
Has anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve it as it’s getting closer to my install date and they keep saying that they are going to do it but never do
