Virgin has recently become available in my area. A rep knocked on and had a chat with us got us a deal which was cheaper than current with talktalk. Thought great we will take it, got a pre install date and activation date. Then kept having the pre install date moved 4 times. Finally rang up cuz I'd had enough of not knowing what is happening. After about an hour of lines going dead and being transferred finally got through to the pre install team who informed me someone was stopping the work outside being done. Asked who and they said it could of been the home owner (as I rent) or neighbour. I've asked my estate agent and owner and both haven't had contact with virgin or anything. So now the agreement has been cancelled and not sure what to do now as can't find out who is causing the issue as I no other people on my road had also signed up for virgin.
