Solid red on hub 3

I have a solid red light on my hub 3 which is getting warm have checked all wires and connections and rest the hub multiple times I have look it up and it says the hub 3 is overheating and needs replacing I have phoned support, but they say they cannot fix it could you advise please.

Sorry to hear there's an issue with the hub, due to the area that you're in, it's not something we can help with from here.

However if you call the team on 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, you'll be automatically put through to the specialilst team.
