Small triangular manhole cover outside my property needs to be replaced

Hi all,

The small triangular manhole cover has gone missing on the pavement outside my house. Please can it be replaced, as the hole is a tripping hazard on the pavement. Will happily replace myself if you post me one out!

I hope its fixed , and that nobody has tripped up and hurt themselves .. dodgy stuff ..😉   legal implications on the horizon maybe .
