Hi there,
I just ordered my new virgin internet today with the quick set-up kit and realised after the fact that I don't think I have the correct virgin wall sockets in my property. I was wondering if it was possible to book an engineer appointment in order to install the new equipment after it gets delivered on Monday 25th March.

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
