Saying cant get in area but have boxes in house

Hi I have just moved into a new house and have virgin boxes already installed in my house but when checking postcode checker and spoke to someone saying I can't get it would you be able to help with this

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday.  They may be able to assist.   There could be a valid reason why the property is now marked as "un-serviceable", blocked ducts, over subscribed area, etc.

We're sorry to hear of the problems at your new property and getting Virgin Media services, we understand the confusion given the boxes and you taking the time to raise this via the forums.


It's been a few days since your post, have you been able to speak to the Pre Install team on the number provided? If so, were they able to give you any more information or details as to why installation isn't possible?
