Hello,
I’ve had my hub 3.0 router for approximately a month but was away on holiday for 2 weeks. I note that box has a rattle to it, like there’s some broken plastic inside.
Also note that I can’t get logged into the router settings as the settings password doesn’t appear to work. I’ve tried resetting the box using the little reset button but it still doesn’t let me in.
Any help appreciated.

Press the RESET button on the Hub 3 for 60 seconds, then leave it powered on to revert to the factory settings.
Once the Hub 3 completes the reset, re-try with the Numeric Hub 3 password from the bottom side sticker.

I'm sorry to hear the hub has a rattle to it and you can't log in. This doesn't sound right and so we'll arrange a replacement for you.
