My router randomly turns off and on. Can you help please

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system..

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry that you have faced some instability with your connection and thank you so much again for posting. I have checked and cannot see any issues that may be causing this, I can see there was some instability over the past day but it does appear to have levelled out now. How have things been since your initial post?

Ashleigh. Many thanks for the post.

Not been great to be honest. Virgin sent out a new router which would not connect to my wifi.

Then there have been great difficulties getting another one. Spent over an hour with one of your colleagues who stated that a new one would be sent to me. I received no confirmation of that so I called back to be told I would have to go through the whole trouble shooting process again before I could get another router.

Put in a complaint.....
