Qualifying As A New Customer

Will I qualify as a ‘new customer’ with Virgin Media if I’ve not had a contract with them for at least 18 months?

Perhaps they should have deals for ‘returning customers’.

Thanks!

It varies, but generally you need to have left VM for at least 90 days to be considered a "new" customer and get the good deals.   If you are an existing customer after 18 months, you will still be a VM customer and it's up to you to negotiate your best price.

The OP said they have NOT had a contract for 18 months. So they should certainly be treated as a new customer.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

I would expect that you can place an online order as as new customer.
Might be an idea to use a different email address to avoid any connection with the previous account.
