Hello,
I'm renting a flat in a building, I've signed up for Virgin Media broadband and have been told by Virgin that they need to bring a cable into the building. As part of getting approval from my landlord they want a "proposal of works". Saying that they'd need to know "where they would be drilling holes and running cables and if the cables will be surface mounted".
I called up the Virgin help line and they seemed somewhat confused by the request. Has anyone had their landlord ask for similar things, and had Virgin be able to provide it? Is there any particular line I need to call or email to send?
If I can't get this proposal of works then I think I'm going to have to cancel before the installation takes place.
