Myself and the residents of my street have been trying to order Virgin for the best part of a year. With technicians on the ground stating it is available.
I am convinced this is purely down to an address database issue.
My street has 28 Addresses, however only 6 are listed.
The houses were built in 2016 and are present on all databases apart from Virgin.
Are you able to manually update your database, or provide information as to who supplies the address data.

When you used VM's online postcode checker, did you also fill in the form for addresses not listed?

Yes, done it several times and nobody ever makes contact.

It's worth mentioning that getting your postcode onto VM's database doesn't automatically mean that you can get a service from them.
If their network in the area is already operating at its full capacity, they will not be making further connections.
It's even possible that they have not included those postcodes to discourage applications that they cannot meet.

Some houses are shown, but a house in-between and sharing the same ducting isn't shown. With no technical reason for the gap.
