Hi,

My outdoor cable box was damaged during a storm a few months ago. I’ve not had a chance to get this resolved until now.

 

How do I go about getting the box replaced? Is this something I pay for? Picture attached, it might even be I need to just reassemble however didn’t want to mess about with it too much!
