No wall socket installed

Hi all, I'm a new customer received my quick start package yesterday. Set everything up and I'm getting error CS1002.

I don't have the traditional white box on the wall. I Have a silver metal "box" not installed to the wall. But it has many connections. The top "Gold band" I'd from outside the property from a brown box. The red is the new setup. I've tried the red in all uncapped sockets and the error still happens. Any suggestions appreciated.  T.I.A

Just for future reference in how to post images see /faqpage/title/images_insertimage_v2  

Do you actually have a working internet connection as error code CS1002 can refer to the <TV360 S1002 error>  set box and the Stream (Flex) set top box? (picture of Stream error code below)
