Hi all, I'm a new customer received my quick start package yesterday. Set everything up and I'm getting error CS1002.
I don't have the traditional white box on the wall. I Have a silver metal "box" not installed to the wall. But it has many connections. The top "Gold band" I'd from outside the property from a brown box. The red is the new setup. I've tried the red in all uncapped sockets and the error still happens. Any suggestions appreciated. Do you actually have a working internet connection as error code CS1002 can refer to the <TV360 S1002 error> set box and the Stream (Flex) set top box? (picture of Stream error code below)
