No tracking from Yodel

Hi Support,

Hope you are keeping well!

I recently upgraded my service to include landline. This required a phone adapter to be sent before the new contract starts. 

This was meant to be delivered Tuesday 19th November. No updates from Yodel at all. 

I've attached a screenshot of what I can see in my account. 

Could VM support please help advise on what I need to do next please? Many thanks!

This should hopefully be resolved. For some reason the agreed contract upgrade was cancelled. Don't know what happened, but the Virgin Media Customer Assistant was able to reapply the same agreed contract, with a new adapter scheduled for delivery Tuesday 26th. Thanks anyway! Keeping this here for further references.
