No contract, delivery notification or welcome email after I place order

I placed an order on 15.02.2024 and chose delivery date for 19.02.2024. I have not received any notification to confirm the delivery date. My current broadband will be disconnected in next couple of days and I am stressed that I may not have access to internet for working from home.

I have not received any welcome email or bill so I cannot sign into My Virgin to track delivery. I tried to call the customer service but all of them were not able to locate my order because I was not provided an account number. Latest email is from the web team confirming the summary of my order.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
