Hello I’m from the NP4 area basically pontypool really struggling for service right now is anyone else having the same problem? It’s been off since 8pm last night constant flashing blue light.

I'm having the same issue in that area.  Twice this month this has happened I think. Still not working at the moment

Update, Found out the fault was caused due to someone accidentally cutting the fibre optic line in Newport. It’s caused outages through Newport, Cwmbran and Pontypool areas should be running for around 4pm ish fingers crossed 🤞

Same issue here. No internet since 7pm yesterday. Customer service is shocking to the point of just telling lies. We had an outrage for 4 days in August and various other issues since. I’m ready to leave. My TV is internet based just to add to the pain. 

Just heard that the fix is likely not going to happen today. 4pm tomorrow now apparently 

Make sure you are all registered for automatic compensation on the service status page should it go on beyond two days.
