We've rebooted the router a few times over past month, issue keeps coming back.

If they are preceded by the accompanying DHCP Renew, that is quite normal. It is to do with the way VM's DHCP is setup.
See my network log below;
16/02/2023 05:39:3 | critical | No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=;xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |
13/02/2023 15:36:20 | Error | DHCP RENEW WARNING - Field invalid in response v4 option;CM-MAC=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |

Thanks for the explanation, I was also getting these same network logs and wondered if it was a fault, but now asume these messages are normal and my speed is good. The occasion problems I get are disconnections or browsers stop working for a short period or crash for no reason, but may be down to my computer, browser or windows 10.
