Hi.

We had our Virgin FIbre install a couple months back and we keep getting intermittent issues with connection. Checking the router status I see the error - No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

We have a HUB 3.0. Noticed some other posts in this forum with the logs form the router so posting them below. Hope someone can advice/assist/help. 🙂

We've rebooted the router a few times over past month, issue keeps coming back.

If they are preceded by the accompanying DHCP Renew, that is quite normal.  It is to do with the way VM's DHCP is setup.

Yeah it is.

Thanks for the explanation, I was also getting these same network logs  and wondered if  it was a fault, but now asume these messages are normal and my speed is good. The occasion problems I get are disconnections or browsers stop working for a short period or crash for no reason, but may be down to my computer, browser or windows 10.
