New infrastructure installation and ordering availability

Hi

Would one of you kind souls be able to check when Virgin Media might be available to order at my address please?

We had the black Virgin Media-branded duct installed at our boundary around 5 weeks ago. I understand it can be difficult to pinpoint an exact date, but a ballpark idea would be good as our current FTTC is now well under-par.
