Neighbors have it, but I can't sign up - why?

VM has been installed in my area over the last few months.

Build activity finished in Feb and neighbours have been able to sign up via the website postcode checker.

For some reason, my address wasn't listed, so I tried the "my address was not shown" link and filled out he form.  I was expecting a call within 10 working days, but that didn't happen, so I'm here to see if I can get any explanation/help.  I did also try phoning, but they really weren't interested in helping and just fobbed me off with "we'll be in touch".

The infrastructure is all overhead on poles and there a pole right outside my house.

Please help!

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
