Hello there. I just received my hub but there is no virgin media box or cable in my apartment. I do seem to have a cable outside the runs to the virgin media box outside but nothing inside. I will need an engineer to install a box. I tried calling that went nowhere and I tried the web chat that I seemed to have got cut off from so i'm trying this route. Help would be appreciated.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and tell them what's happened and request a manned installation.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
