Need to book an engineer to reroute some external cables.

Need to book an engineer to reroute some external cables following building work on the house. had this done before for earlier work but now can find options to manage an existing appointment but not set up a new one.  Options always seem to drag me back to software issues.

Can anybody help with the options path to take or Virgin contact me directly.
