Named property not on elibility list

Looking at getting virgin, it's recently been installed on my road, everyone is on there who have a number but none of the named properties.

I did the form about eligibility and it said it wasn't available, but my neighbor 2 secs from my drive can? 

Something is wrong here. Help?

Call VM sales on 0800 183 1234 and see if they can send a spotter to check your location. There could be a number of reasons why this has happened, unconnected with the numbering.

Hi, I did the forum initially and it just said not available. But as mentioned my neighbor can, same road no more than 10 steps from my drive. 

I'm happy to give the number a call, ultimately I want virgin and I cannot see any issue stopping me getting it other than the installers not acknowledging the houses existence. Even though they needed access to my other neighbors property to link it up, they aren't on it either haha 🤣.

Spoke to a member of the team earlier and they are going to send a spotter, hopefully this resolves the issue.
