My external junction box got damaged in a storm. Part of a wall fell on it and knocked it off the wall. My broadband is still working but I need to replace the cover. Can I do this myself or does it need a technician to do it?

Yes, will be replaced free by a technician.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
