My entire street is connected, but for some reason, my house has been missed.

Hi - can anyone help? A few months ago my entire street was dug up and VM cables installed, except myself and my neighbours house was missed off! - I’ve contacted customer service a number of times about this, but I keep receiving unhelpful answers. My entire street is connected, but for some reason, my house and my neighbour was omitted from the plan - can anyone help?

The same happened to me except it was City Fibre. It turned out for whatever reason my broadband was routed through the telephone cable from a telegraph pole across the road. This has its limitations and I ended up with Sky Superfast 35 with a steady 18Mbps internet speed - enough for me though!
