My address isnt showing on the website to check packages but two numbers on the street are?
Virgin dug up around the area and installed cables but still not showing for me. Is there anyway I can get this looked at?

Sorry to hear you're address is not showing as an option to select when looking to sign up.
Have you spoken with our sales team on 0800 183 1234, see if they're able to find your address? If not, they might be able to send out a 'spotter' to see if serviceability is possible for your home.
