Moving house - service not working

I just moved to a new house and I need the broadband service to work URGENTLY

I filled out the moving house form on Tuesday 19/12. They were supposed to get in touch with me 48 hours later, but they didn't.

I moved today, tried to install the hub, and I'm having a red light flashing, I'm guessing the service is not yet activated in the new address.

need help URGENTLY

Unfortunately for Virginmedia support, a promise of 48 hours is not a guarantee.

You may have to try calling them again.  Bear in mind that there will be a new account number at the new address.

still can't connect, it seems my account is still pointing to the old address.

Sorry to hear the service is still not working.

If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
