Moving Virgin 360 and Hub 5.

Currently I have 360 downstairs and 360 upstairs with the hub 5. 

The are fed from a single coax point, one upstairs and one downstairs with the upstairs having a splitter on, going to the 360 and hub 5. 

I'm now wanting the hub 5 downstairs, but also the 360 moving to the opposite wall downstairs which is away from the coax point coming into the house. 

I'm guessing this will be an engineer visit? Just for a longer cable to run round the room and use the splitter from upstairs?

VM can supply a co-ax extension up to 15 M in length.  However, it may be best to have this done by an technician, as they will rebalance the power levels and check everything is in spec.  The standard fee is £25 for this sort of work.

A VM Mod should pick this up in a day or two and discuss with you directly.

Personally, I'd wait for the VM Mod to pick this up.  However if your need is urgent, then you can contact VM via WhatsApp if you wish.
