Moving Router

Hello, I would like to ask a Virgin Media engineer to move my network access point and my router from livingroom to my office, which is from the east side of the house to the west side. I think the engineer may need to relocate cables, it won't be a small.job, will the price remain as same as 25 pounds?

Regards

Hi @umeshu96

The £25 non fault call out charge would still cover that work (it used to be £99).

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.

Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

Hey umeshu96,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

I have looked into this and can see that you have been able to arrange a visit to have your router removed and as newapollo advised the charge would be £25 for all callouts.

Kind Regards,
